Our procurement program places a strong emphasis on sourcing local and seasonal product from each of our divisions. Any product that we carry must pass through a very rigorous process to meet the strict guidelines that we have for all of our products. In addition, over the years we are fortunate to have attracted the talent and expertise of many industry veterans from both the foodservice and the organic and natural foods industries.
